This role provides dedicated Executive Assistant support to a senior leader and team within Carlyle’s ESG / Impact platform, while also supporting project management and investor-related workstreams. The primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional, detail-oriented EA support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. In addition, the role offers the opportunity to take on expanded responsibilities across project coordination, investor deliverables, and team operations for a candidate looking to grow beyond a traditional EA position. Success in this role requires someone who can consistently execute the fundamentals to a high standard, while proactively taking on additional responsibility to improve team efficiency and delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Assistant Support (Primary Focus)
- Complex calendar management, prioritisation, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- End-to-end travel coordination (international and domestic), including logistics and itinerary management.
- Expense management, invoice processing, and tracking via Concur and internal systems.
- Proactive inbox and meeting preparation support, ensuring efficient use of executive time.
- Acting as a key point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipating needs, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Team Coordination & Project Management
- Support planning and execution of key ESG team initiatives.
- Maintain and improve team tracking tools.
- Ensure accountability and momentum across projects.
- Assist with preparation of investor materials.
- Support tracking of ESG KPIs and reporting metrics.
- Improve reporting processes.
- Events & Team Operations
- Coordinate internal and external events.
- Manage logistics and execution.

Requirements
- Experience
- 7+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality EA support.
- Project coordination experience is a plus.
