We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie/Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed during food handling and preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations throughout shifts
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
  • Support with inventory management by notifying supervisors of stock levels and expiry dates
  • Assist in the training of new team members as required
