Our client, a growing and well-established independent insurance agency, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This individual will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while providing exceptional service, developing strong client relationships, and supporting overall agency growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
  • Review coverage needs and provide insurance solutions tailored to client objectives
  • Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
  • Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal service teams
  • Identify opportunities for account rounding and account growth
  • Ensure a high level of client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage including property, casualty, and related products
  • Experience managing a book of business independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
