Our client is a modern, multi-award-winning craft brewery based in the Midlands, UK. They are seeking an experienced and passionate brewer to join the team, working at the main production plant.

Responsibilities will include:
• Wort production in 50HL brewhouse
• Cellar management including: Centrifuging, transfers, stabilisations, dry hopping, cropping yeast, CIP of various tanks and equipment
• Various tasks inside the laboratory
• Following QA/QC procedures
• Representing the company at various events

Experience/Qualifications:
• Brewing education to IBD diploma standard or equivalent is highly desirable, but not required.
• An attention to detail and high hygiene standards, as well as a passion for beer, are essential.
• The job requires a certain degree of heavy lifting and therefore the applicant must be able to lift 25kg sacks.
