They are seeking an engaging, inspiring, and proven Continuous Improvement leader to design, train, and deliver their Continuous Improvement programme and associated tools and techniques that will deliver measurable business benefits across their manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will work with the Operations and Supply Chain teams to create a safe, efficient, and effective operation that continually improves across people, process, and technology. They will utilise analysis of plant efficiency, labour costs, product yields, production wastage, and other data to prioritise, plan, and deliver improvements across plants. Additionally, they will actively look for digital improvements across all areas of manufacturing. Duties and responsibilities include: Design and deliver a continuous improvement programme to support operational excellence and business strategy Collaborate within a culture where safety is prioritized at ALL times. Support initiatives aimed at improving factory GMP and clean-as-you-go standards Train teams in the use of relevant tools and techniques Actively maintain awareness of latest thinking in improvement approaches, operational excellence, and industry best practices. Review and incorporate into CI programmes or recommend to Department Managers for utilisation in area improvements where relevant. Ensure compliance with all environmental and sustainability requirements across the site. Factor energy usage and sustainability into all decision-making and projects. Coach and develop CI approach, tools, and techniques across the business Create a culture where CI/lean principles are embedded into the day-to-day operation. Review, embed, and improve KPIs and Visual management processes to inform and drive performance improvements on agreed metrics Support the implementation of SIC (shift, daily, weekly, monthly) performance review and improvement meetings, including H&S, Quality, and Performance, with actions, owners, and deadlines to eliminate root causes. Establish a common investigation and problem-solving approach to determine root causes, implement preventative actions, and ensure follow-up and closure. Support the delivery of specific Capex and BIP projects as agreed. Minimum Qualifications / Experience: Demonstrated experience in delivering improvements in a manufacturing environment using CI tools and techniques.
