Our client, a London based Brewery is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and deliver sales strategy across on-trade and off-trade channels whilst also leading and developing a high performing sales team. The successful candidate will bring strong industry relationships with strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a genuine passion for beer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a clear sales strategy
- Drive revenue growth across on-trade and off-trade channels
- Identify and secure new distribution opportunities across London
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key group and national customers
- Manage commercial negotiations and promotional plans
- Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Skills and Experience:
- Proven senior sales leadership experience ideally within beer
- On-trade and off-trade experience is ideal - strong existing network within UK on-trade and/or off-trade markets
- Demonstrated success managing and growing high-performing sales teams
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and analytical skills
