The Caring Physio is seeking compassionate Community Physiotherapists to join our team in the Cambridgeshire and West Suffolk region. We specialise in providing expert physiotherapy in the home environment, helping patients regain independence without the stress of travelling to a hospital or clinic. This role offers exceptional flexibility, making it an ideal choice for those looking to supplement their current role or manage personal commitments. You have complete control over your diary management, working anything from 3 hours to 2 days per week to suit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Home-Based Care: Delivering high-quality clinical assessments and person-centred treatments to patients across Cambridge, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, and surrounding neighbourhoods.
  • Independent Practice: Managing your own caseload with autonomy whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Team Integration: You are never alone—you will have direct access to our Home Physio Coordinator and Clinical Director for guidance, plus the collective expertise of our wider team.
  • Holistic Advocacy: Taking a caring approach to rehabilitation, ensuring patients and their families feel supported throughout their recovery.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of NHS experience is essential and a minimum of 3 years working as a Physiotherapist.
  • Professional Standing: Must hold current HCPC registration and CSP membership.
  • Clinical Expertise: We are looking for broad skills in Care of the Elderly, Orthopaedics, and Neurology—areas where a patient-focused approach is vital.
  • Logistics: A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for travel between home visits.
  • Personal Attributes: You are friendly, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to improve a patient’s quality of life.
