The Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC) is recruiting for a senior role reporting to the Head of Network, Programmes and Development. This national post will lead the development and support offer to Careers Hubs, ensuring hubs have training, tools and resources to improve practice.
You will manage a multidisciplinary team, translate national priorities into practical support, and drive sustained improvement across our network, collaborating with colleagues and external partners.
