Your main responsibility will be to build and manage a strong network of real estate agents, property sources, and landlords to source properties suitable for council leasing. Once you bring in a property lead, our management team will handle the closing process, allowing you to focus on expanding your network and securing more deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work remotely to source rental properties suitable for council leasing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, property sourcers, and landlords.
  • Develop a steady pipeline of properties that meet council requirements.
  • Negotiate and communicate with landlords and agents to secure deals.
  • Work alongside the management team to finalize agreements with councils.
  • Stay informed about market trends and council housing requirements.
Earnings & Career Progression:
  • Commission-Based Structure: Earn between £600 - £3,000 per property, paid on a deal-by-deal basis.
  • Fast-Track Progression: After the first month of probation, a basic salary of £22,000 per year is offered (subject to performance).
  • Uncapped earnings: The more properties you source, the more you earn.
  • Ongoing training and mentorship to help you grow in the role.
