In this particular role, you’ll be required to source your leads through different mediums, have consultations with them and put them forward to one of your many college/university clients. Job Description: * Calling new prospects after sourcing their CVs. * Helping as many people as possible within the field of higher education and learning. * Assessing prospective applicants and matching them with Universities or live vacancies. * Screening and short-listing candidates before clients meet them. * Meeting quotas towards overall company targets and goals set by your team leader. * Providing comprehensive, confidential, and impartial information services on educational and training opportunities within the establishment. * Supporting learners through initial assessments using a range of methods. * Identifying career paths suitable within your quota and discerning what a candidate may need in terms of CV preparation, interview tips, overcoming barriers to learning and work (for example: childcare, travel finance), identifying courses and training and signposting to other departments.
