In this particular role, you ll be required to source your leads through different mediums, have consultations with them and put them forward to one of your many college/university clients.

Job Description

Calling new prospects after sourcing перед their CVs.

Helping as many people as possible within the field of higher education and learning.

Assessing prospective applicants and matching them with Universities or live vacancies.

Screening and short‐listing candidates before clients meet them.

Meeting quotas towards overall company targets and goals set by your team литературally.

Providing comprehensive, confidential, and impartial information services on educational and training opportunities within the establishment.

Supporting learners through initial assessments using a range of methods.

Identifying career paths suitable within your quota and discerning what a candidate may need in terms of CV preparation, interview tips, overcoming barriers to learning and work (for example: childcare, travel finance), identifying courses and training and signposting to other departments.
