As part of our commitment to excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Events Organiser to lead, plan and execute a wide range of recruitment and brand building events nationwide. Job Overview The Events Organiser will be responsible for managing all Career Tree events across the UK. This role will encompass organising recruitment events where candidates are assessed in group activities, alongside brand building events to increase our exposure in key markets. Over time, this role will expand to include managing and overseeing the field sales team, supporting brand expansion, and strengthening our national presence. Key Responsibilities Event Planning and Coordination: * Organise and coordinate a range of recruitment events, such as job fairs, open days, and assessment centres, to identify and evaluate top talent for Career Tree and our clients. * Plan brand building events aimed at enhancing Career Tree’s national profile and strengthening relationships with clients and partners. * Develop event timelines, budgets and detailed logistics plans, ensuring seamless execution from start to finis Digital Experience and Strategy: * Lead and execute virtual recruitment campaigns and online events, including webinars, digital assessment centres, and interactive online initiatives to attract and engage candidates. * Develop and manage social media, email, and digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, candidate reach, and overall engagement. * Analyse digital metrics and campaign performance, optimising platforms and tools to enhance the candidate experience and maximise impact. Stakeholder and Partner Engagement: * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partner institutions and vendors, to ensure a successful event pipeline. * Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the recruitment and business development teams, to align event goals with overall company objectives. Candidate Assessment and Engagement: * Develop structured group activities and assessment formats for recruitment events to evaluate candidates effectively. * Ensure events provide a high-quality candidate experience, aligned with Career Tree’s values and standards. Field Sales Team Development and Management: * As the role evolves, take on responsibility for managing the field sales team, with a focus on team training, strategy and expansion. * Support the field sales team with recruitment event management, helping them connect with new candidates and clients and expand Career Tree’s reach. Brand Expansion and Exposure: * Identify and attend key industry events and networking opportunities that will enhance Career Tree’s visibility and credibility. * Work with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand exposure and attract new candidates and partners. Reporting and Analysis: * Track event performance metrics and provide regular reports on event attendance, candidate quality, and overall impact. * Gather feedback post-event to continuously improve processes, ensuring optimal candidate engagement and brand exposure. Qualifications and Skills * Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably with a focus on recruitment or brand-building events. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets and logistics effectively. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and team members. * Experience with or a keen interest in managing a field sales team is an advantage. * A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a strong ability to work independently and travel frequently.
