We are seeking a proactive and highly organised professional to lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of our ISO-certified management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 37001, 45001, 50001). This role ensures alignment across the Integrated Management System (IMS), internal policies, and regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to data governance and project delivery initiatives, embedding compliance, consistency, and value across business operations. Management Systems · Lead the internal audit programme for ISO management systems identifying non-conformities and driving continuous improvement. · Collaborate with ISO representatives and process owners to monitor and drive action plans supporting management systems, ensuring procedures are fully integrated into the business and delivery teams. · Engage with ISO representatives and process owners to implement enhancements and maintain certification readiness. · Maintain and update system documentation, procedures, templates, and records in line with ISO standards. · Support external audits and certification processes. · Conduct independent research to support improvements in management system and process compliance. Compliance & Risk · Support to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. · Support the development and review of compliance frameworks, gap analyses, and risk registers. · Collaborate with teams to resolve non-compliances and raise awareness of compliance obligations. · Monitor and report on compliance performance, trends, and key risk indicators (KRIs). Data Governance · Engaging with Data Owners and Data Governance Committee to implement and continually improve data governance policies, procedures · Driving initiatives to ensure compliance with business and project data management processes Project Delivery Support · Lead the global internal audit project programme for project delivery processes – identifying non-conformities and driving continuous improvement. · Provide support to project delivery teams, to support adherence to established procedures and standards. · Deliver training, awareness sessions, and project delivery inductions. · Coordinate Project Management Clinics, including scheduling, securing speakers with internal process owners, and presenting on key topics. · Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys to capture feedback, support service improvements, and enhance overall customer experience. · Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in a similar role. · Strong knowledge of ISO Management Systems. · ISO Internal Auditing Training/Certification. · Proven experience in conducting audits. · Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory environments. · Familiarity with data governance principles and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR). · Experience in supporting project management activities; qualification desirable but not essential. · Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. · High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. · Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, data governance, and data protection (e.g., GDPR). · Knowledge of project management principles, process and reporting methodologies · Understanding of project quality assurance and control processes · Skilled in requirements gathering, defining acceptance criteria, and coaching.
