The Opportunity: The company is a global leader in software and services that improve workplace culture through meaningful employee experiences. It’s research and education Institute is widely respected, focused on delivering valuable insights that help people thrive at work. Communicate the company’s research findings and culture insights to HR leaders in Europe. Their SaaS products (recognition and rewards) help clients to improve retention, productivity and build excellent workplace cultures. Use the excellent suite of content to present to current and potential clients. Extensive training will be provided.
The Role:
- Speaking: Present and deliver HR thought leadership content on strategies for enhancing workplace culture, employee experience, and recognition. Present to HR/leadership audiences (live and virtual) to potential and current clients. 25 speaking events per year across:
- Keynote speeches to audiences of approx. 100 people - (10-15%)
- Boardroom presentations to approx. 15-30 people – (60-70%)
- Panel discussions/roundtables, smaller groups, with discussion – (10%)
- Executive interviews, a new initiative – (10%)
The Person - Requirements:
- Existing HR experience or knowledge, you will have worked in an HR role, or in Learning and Development.
- Live and/or virtual presentation and facilitation experience is desired.
- You have the ability to apply key concepts (workplace culture, employee experience and recognition) into actionable insights.
- Facilitate discussions, ask the right questions, and integrate examples to discuss audience challenges.
- Weave insights and stories into engaging and easily consumable strategic content.
- Deliver engaging and strategic (“on message”) keynote speeches and media interviews, live and written.
- Write and deliver for various platforms and modalities.
- Create and build thought leadership and personal brand that aligns with company goals.
- Experience researching, interviewing, and writing human interest stories for business.
- Experience traveling and interfacing with regions and cultures nationally and internationally for business.

- Trusted relationship builder with external stakeholders (i.e. clients/prospects, event producers, audiences, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to deliver engaging content that captures the attention of audiences.
