Contract: Permanent

Working: 3 days in the office (Mon, Tues, Weds), 2 working from home

Package: £50,000-£60,000 + bonus scheme, excellent pension and reward schemes

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate the company’s research findings and culture insights to HR leaders in Europe.
  • Present and deliver HR thought leadership content on strategies for enhancing workplace culture, employee experience, and recognition.
  • Present to HR/leadership audiences (live and virtual) to potential and current clients.
  • Help to create short-format videos and social media posts.
  • Write and contribute to articles and white papers on key topics that will be shared online.
  • Contribute to social media to grow your personal brand.
  • Collaborate on content, delivery, and processes with the Institute Speaking Team.
  • Frequent travel to Europe, with occasional travel to India, Africa, and the US.

Requirements:

  • Existing HR experience or knowledge; you will have worked in an HR role, or in Learning and Development.
  • Live and/or virtual presentation and facilitation experience is desired.
  • Apply key concepts (workplace culture, employee experience, and recognition) into actionable insights.
  • Weave insights and stories into engaging and easily consumable strategic content.
  • Create and build thought leadership and personal brand that aligns with company goals.
  • Experience researching, interviewing, and writing human interest stories for business.
  • Experience traveling and interfacing with regions and cultures nationally and internationally for business.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver engaging content that captures the attention of audiences.
  • Self-starting, enterprising, and proactive networker that brings fresh perspectives and ideas.
