The Opportunity
This is the perfect role if you are building a career in Sales and Account Management. London Filmed is an Events Technology business that is growing rapidly, you will get to work with their clients such as; McLaren, All Saints, Mini, Uber, Stripe, The Financial Times and Brompton Bicycles and in the UK, Europe and the US.

The Role
Sales Administration (50%)
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient delivery of tasks.
- Prepare sales documents; proposals, presentations, contracts.
- Manage Invoicing and suppliers.
- Help manage the sales pipeline in our Hubspot CRM, ensuring client data and interactions are accurately recorded and up to date.
- Support the team in tracking client communications, organising meetings, and preparing follow-ups.
- Maintain internal sales records, reports and performance data to assist with analysis and tracking sales KPIs.
Lead Management (30%)
- Assist the team in processing inbound leads, ensuring each inquiry is documented and allocated to the appropriate Sales Manager.
- Monitor opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads.
- Opportunity to own leads / accounts over time from inception to contracting and beyond when appropriate.
- Ability to take on outbound sales activity to high-intent leads via data provision and CRM software.
Client and Team Support (20%)
- Provide support during client meetings; scheduling, preparing agendas, taking meeting notes.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries and requests, helping to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing, production and operations to ensure sales has the necessary materials and resources for pitches and meetings and that projects are handed over internally, to achieve the best possible client experience.

Nice-to-Haves:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administration, or co-ordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with Hubspot, Current RMS or Cognism is a plus).
- Interest in the events industry is a plus.
