Dynamic medical devices company providing non-surgical treatments to improve breathing capabilities and quality of life for Emphysema and lung disease patients, using breakthrough technology.

Take over strong performing accounts in London, i.e. hospitals that deliver the company’s procedures, all with room to expand.

The bonus scheme is lucrative and very achievable with quality work. Retention is great; your manager has been there for 8 years, his boss for 12 years. The procedure makes a genuine difference to patients’ quality of life, and health professionals are supportive and champion it to others.

Work across the London region to deliver sales presentations, attend procedures and network.

  • Manage your territories to maximise patient access to treatments and to generate revenues to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
  • Inherit, establish and nurture your network and bring together diverse stakeholders to build alliances around patient treatments and common interests.
  • Identify key accounts and customers and assess sales potential to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop account plans to increase sales to reach budgeted sales objectives.
  • Deliver presentations and training to secondary care professionals (respiratory nurses, physios etc.); attend annual industry meetups and internal company events in Europe.
  • Build upon and maintain customer account activity details in CRM database.
  • Provide revenue forecasts and discuss opportunities and risks with your manager.
  • Provide guidance and training to doctors and medical teams on the use of the procedure in operating rooms and training classes/seminars as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a field sales role within the medical industry.
  • Clinical procedure knowledge of medical devices or equivalent products.
  • Existing contacts in the Respiratory field and knowledge of COPD treatment pathways would be beneficial.
  • Ability to carry out sales and territory analysis, and budget management skills.
  • Experience presenting sales seminars to small groups.
  • Clean UK driving licence.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience. Bonus: Uncapped bonus with OTE of £30,000 - £35,000 (paid quarterly). Hybrid, you manage your time. Excellent benefits package.
