I am looking for an experienced and capable care coordinator/manager to support the growth of my care service into Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
As a company we have an existing contract with Sefton council and the right candidate will be capable of developing this into holding contracts with Liverpool City Council etc., developing a team of 30-50 staff and aiming for hours in excess of 1500
You will be joining to support the needs of the business and its growth so I want someone that understands this and can make things work. Growth is an imperfect process so you will need to be resilient and determined.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person that wants to develop their career. You will be remunerated with a good basic salary and a profit share of the monies you generate, which could become substantial if you are very capable and can deliver impressive results.
I am aiming to start interviews from mid-end November, with an expected start date for the new year or thereabouts.
You will be in charge of taking on the work, managing the delivery of it alongside managing your care staffing team, their rota and the on call service. We will help you with staff recruitment, care planning and risk assessing, invoicing and compliance. The right candidate may have the opportunity to become the registered manager for this area so you can take autonomy and responsibility for the service you are delivering.
