Full-Time, £24,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Planning projects and timescales in consultation with clients and providing business advice.
- Being a trusted representative of the company and being the main point of contact for all business startup queries.
- Continually working with clients via regular consultations to establish their goals and suggest solutions.
- Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure client’s needs are met within agreed timescales.
- Helping to draft compliance documents, forms, plans and templates specific to each client’s requirements.
- Assist in the creation of business plans and financial forecasts from a brief from the client.
- Assisting with the CQC registration process and providing support with understanding compliance requirements and best practice.
- Providing business advice across a broad range of areas including recruitment, compliance, operations and marketing.
- Working with partners and suppliers to deliver solutions to fit the needs of clients.
- Assisting client account managers in the process of bringing on board new clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident, proactive and consultative sales approach.
- A proactive and highly driven self-starter, who is able to learn quickly.
- High level of IT Skills.
- 3+ years experience in the care sector, with a specific focus on compliance and care delivery.
- Commercially astute with in depth knowledge about all aspects of running an organisation in the care sector.
- Level 5 qualification in health and social care management (Desired).
- Previous business consultancy experience (Desired).
