Contracted hours: 30 hours per week + 1-2 sleep ins 2 week rolling rota

Wage: £12.60 per hour

The people who you will be supporting:

  • 6 service users with learning disabilities.
  • Service users who require personal and emotional care.
  • Service users who display small/infrequent challenging behaviour.
  • Service users who require assistance with daily tasks and be encouraged to learn new skills.

  • Experience with challenging behaviour.
  • Positive, enthusiastic with a great attitude.
  • Outgoing and passionate about improving the service user’s quality of life.
  • Knowledge of positive behaviour support.
  • Proactive and motivated to look for new activities and experiences for the people we support.
  • Someone who is open to learning new skills.
