Contracted hours: 42 hours per week

Salary: £16.03

Required: Must have experience of working with adults with specialist complex care

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with complex care, essential.
  • Driver not essential but preferred.
  • Outgoing and passionate about improving the service user’s quality of life.
  • Knowledge of positive behaviour support, risk assessments & de-escalation strategies.
  • Proactive and motivated to look for new activities and experiences for the people we support.
  • Strong communication skills.
