The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with complex care, essential.
- Driver not essential but preferred.
- Outgoing and passionate about improving the service user’s quality of life.
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support, risk assessments & de-escalation strategies.
- Proactive and motivated to look for new activities and experiences for the people we support.
- Strong communication skills.
