Female Support Worker – Community & Home-Based Support (Warwickshire)

We are looking for caring, reliable, and flexible Female Support Workers to join our growing team, providing person-centred support to individuals within their own homes and local communities across North and South Warwickshire.

This is a rewarding role supporting people to achieve their personal goals, maintain their wellbeing and live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support with daily living activities.
  • Supporting individuals with medication administration and management.
  • Assisting with community access, appointments, social activities, and hobbies.
  • Encouraging independence and promoting positive outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately.
  • Working in line with care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies.

What We're Looking For

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience supporting individuals in a variety of care settings, with a minimum of 12 months of experience.
  • Genuine passion for building positive relationships and helping people achieve their goals.
  • Competence and confidence in administering medication.
  • Experience providing personal care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible approach to working across different locations and support packages
  • The ability to provide consistent support and develop trusting relationships with the people you support.

A commitment to delivering person-led support that focuses on individuals' choices, independence and well-being.

  • Working Pattern
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts across the week, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Opportunities for sleep-in shifts may also be offered.
  • Travel required across North and South Warwickshire.
