Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator

Remote | Part-Time | Monday–Friday, 11am–3pm (hours negotiable)

Location: Remote, with initial training in Doncaster or Leamington Spa

About the Role

We're looking for an organised, personable Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting candidates from first contact through to their first day — keeping the recruitment pipeline moving, ensuring compliance checks are completed accurately, and making sure new starters feel prepared and welcomed.

This is a remote, part-time role working Monday to Friday, 11am–3pm (we're happy to discuss hours to find what works for you).

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment

  • Source, screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements
  • Arrange interviews and keep candidates informed at every stage
  • Represent us at recruitment events

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Process employment references, DBS checks, and Right to Work/ID checks
  • Coordinate training and produce ID badges
  • Carry out driving licence and motor insurance checks

Administration

  • Maintain accurate records and manage documentation
  • Respond to candidate and employee enquiries
  • Prepare reports and keep recruitment/onboarding systems up to date

Communication

  • Provide regular updates to managers
  • Liaise with operational teams
  • Escalate issues promptly when they arise
