Full-Time Female Support Worker / Carer

We are currently recruiting a full‑time female Support Worker (approximately 40 hours per week) to join our team.

This role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities, so previous experience in learning disability care is essential.

Key Requirements

• Female applicant (genuine occupational requirement)
• Full UK driving licence
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel
• Ability to work across the following areas:
• Nuneaton
• Rugby
• Leamington Spa
• Warwick
• Kenilworth
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
• Reliable, compassionate, and person‑centred approach to care
