What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while building meaningful relationships based on trust, companionship, and respect.
Your role may include:
- Personal care support

- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Building lasting relationships with clients and their families
