The Four Trees Moira is looking to hire a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic team! We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers.   • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior CDP or CDP in a similar casual dining environment.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for food and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
