The Card & Payments Awards, in partnership with TSYS, a Global Payments Company, has been the leading awards event in the UK and Irish card and payments space for 20 years. Known as the 'Oscars' of the Payments Industry, we recognize excellence and innovation across various categories, judged by an independent panel of industry experts. Sponsored by major industry players such as American Express, Compare The Market, Discover, Fiserv, Ingenico, Mastercard, Reward, Thales, and Visa, the Awards provide a platform for organizations to showcase their achievements and leverage success in consumer-facing communications.

This is a full-time remote role for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and execution of events, communication with clients and stakeholders, managing customer service tasks, overseeing event management activities, and assisting with sales initiatives. The Event Coordinator will ensure that all events are well-organized and run smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications:

  • Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and client relationship management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Background in the payments or financial industry is a plus
