Immediate start - Training coordinator. Temp to Perm. Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm. Initially Rugby office based - moving to hybrid (2 days home/3 days office). This role is working for a Rugby town based client in their commercial department focusing on their training events.

We are looking for an exceptionally strong administrator to work in a fast-paced environment able to move between systems, meet and greet delegates, and for online courses greet and register candidates online.

The key responsibilities of a Training Coordinator:

  • Coordinate training courses (face-to-face, online, and on-demand), including logistics, trainer support, and content update.
  • Manage sales, subscriptions, advertising, and CRM records.
  • Contribute to the development of new commercial offerings and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • A lot of this work will be phone-based.

The skills and qualities needed to be a Training Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced role is a must - ideally in a training/commercial department.
  • Very confident in phone communication.
  • Experience in training or event coordination is an advantage.
  • Confident using digital tools and CRM systems.
