We are currently recruiting for a School Attendance Officer to join a busy education setting on a short-term temporary basis for approximately 2–3 weeks.
Key duties will include:
- Managing daily attendance processes
- Recording and monitoring attendance data
- Liaising with parents/carers and staff regarding attendance concerns
- Producing attendance reports and analysis
- Supporting safeguarding and student welfare procedures
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have previous attendance experience within a school or education environment and knowledge of SIMS would be highly desirable. Strong administration, confident communication and IT skills are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone available immediately and looking for a short-term assignment.
