Temporary opportunity, to finish at the end of August 2026. Immediate start. Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Rugby town centre based. £14.24 an hour.

Responsibilities
  • To follow up on membership payments by both the telephone and emails
  • Following a strict process and updating the CRM system
Qualifications
  • Strong / clear communication skills
  • Confident using IT systems
  • Experience speaking to people over the phone
  • A good level of spoken and written English
  • Must be able to start immediately

You must be happy to commit to working until the end of August.
