Hybrid working - you would need to attend the office at least once every 2 weeks (can be office based if preferred) must be flexible. Some UK travel and occasional overnight stays.

Our interesting membership client based in Lutterworth is seeking an efficient and capable individual to administer and coordinate the delivery of online learning content and resources. This role would suit an organised Administrator who is seeking a role with some further tasks of a digital nature.

Main Tasks:

  • Collating materials from SMEs, preparing content for upload, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with agreed schedules and deadlines.
  • Coordinating day-to-day content processes.
  • Upload, update and maintain content using internal storage.
  • Production of monthly statistics.
  • Responding to the Hub In Box - dealing with member enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Complete basic video and graphic editing tasks using structured templates and processes, for event and online resource materials (training can be given).
  • Attend live events both in person and remotely.

Person Spec:

  • One to two years experience of working in an administrative or coordination role, supporting structured processes.
  • High level of general computer literacy across systems such as Microsoft 365 and have the ability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
  • Previous customer service experience essential.
  • Effective problem solver.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent in data collation, reporting and analysing.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload.
  • An understanding of equality and diversity.
  • Proactive approach.
