Our client, an organisation based in Lutterworth, are seeking a highly skilled administrator who has worked within a Professional Conduct department previously. The successful candidate will be supporting in the timely, effective and lawful processing of complaints – please only apply if you have relevant experience.

Key responsibilities of a Case Processor

  • Providing administrative support to agreed standards and deadlines and in particular with regard to complaints from initial panel stages to the hearing and post hearing stages
  • Communicating both verbally and in writing with parties to a complaint to keep them informed of the progress of the case
  • Managing and owning a portfolio of cases
  • Assisting in the arrangement, facilitation, support and servicing of panel meetings

The minimum requirements of a Case Processor

  • Proven experiences as a case worker or similar
  • Experience working in a fast paced and demanding role overseeing a high volume of caseloads
  • Knowledge of the Professional Conduct Procedures and Ethical Frameworks
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, proactive and enthusiastic
  • Can maintain relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience with word, excel, outlook, databases etc
  • Good interpersonal skills
