Our client, a large and successful company based in Binley, are looking for a Legal PA / Administrator to join their legal team based in Binley. This role would suit someone with some experience in a legal field with strong admin skills, perhaps a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant.
The key responsibilities for a Legal PA / Administrator:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to a team of 5 in the legal department
- Managing meeting and travel plans
- Maintaining office systems and filing
- Completing monthly expenses and processing invoices
- Handling legal correspondence
The minimum requirements for the Legal PA / Administrator:
- Excellent experience in an involved administrative role
- Excellent IT skills – MS Office and internal systems
- Ideally someone with a background in Law / Legal
- Great and positive attitude toward work and learning
- Happy to chip in on all areas in the team
The ideal candidate for the Legal PA / Administrator:
- Experience with property / property law
- SAP experience would be advantageous
- Extremely organised with a great attention to detail
