A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Coventry is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Fee Earner to join its growing Clinical Negligence department. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle high-quality, claimant-side work, with flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.
The Responsibilities of a Legal Fee Earner - Clinical Negligence:
- You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, including:
- Birth & spinal injury
- Gynaecological negligence
- Cancer claims
- Eye injury claims
- Vascular and cardiac claims
- Fatal claims and inquests
The skills & qualities of a Legal Fee Earner - Clinical Negligence:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical negligence or personal injury law
- Strong understanding of pre- and post-litigation processes
- Ability to work autonomously on a caseload
- A proven track record of meeting fee earning targets
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Experience as a Legal Executive, Solicitor, or experienced Paralegal will all be considered
