This is a permanent part-time role based in Rugby town centre - 20 hours a week over 5 days with hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home based). Operating in a busy fast-paced environment, supporting the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Recruitment: Co-ordinate the recruitment and interview process. Prepare and process offer letters/contracts of employment in a timely fashion.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the induction programme. Support line managers to ensure review meetings are conducted with all associated follow-up paperwork.
- Systems Maintenance and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records. Provide management reports and accurate employee data for payroll processing.
- Health and Safety: Carry out a range of Health and Safety risk assessments. Monitor fire wardens and first aiders, ensuring there is always adequate cover in the office. Assist in the review of the H & S handbook and any other H & S policies and the roll-out to staff.
The ideal applicant for the role will have a good level of education and have worked in HR/Health and Safety previously. You need to have outstanding IT and administration skills and experience.
