Our extremely friendly client based in Braunston is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy small team.
Main Tasks:- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer and client enquiries professionally
- Preparing and creating paperwork in preparation for quotations, and general office administration
- Conducting online and administrative searches as required
- Completing and submitting tender bid documentation accurately
- Providing administrative support to a team of surveyors
- Maintaining organised filing systems and office records
- Assisting with general office duties and daily operations
- Overseeing the smooth running of the office in the manager's absence
- Previous administration experience, within a construction or related industry would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
