Our client, a well known business based in Coventry (CV6) are looking for a Data & Administration Assistant to join their small team on a 6 month contract. To be successful in this role, you will have strong administration experience with exposure to data, spreadsheets and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and files, including data entry
- Collate and provide reports
- Assist with commercial administration tasks
- Answer calls and general queries from colleagues, managers and other internal stakeholders
- Maintain spreadsheets to track work progress and KPI performance
- Use reporting data to identify opportunities for improvement
Knowledge, experience and skills
- Experience working in an administration role with use of data
- Excellent IT skills including intermediate level Excel - able to use main maths / lookup functions etc
- Great file management and organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Great communication skills and strict confidentiality
