£13.50 - £14 per hour
Our client, a reputable and friendly organisation based in Coventry, are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to help for 2 months whilst they open a new site. This role will include shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews, supporting with interviewing and general administration.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting hiring managers by advertising vacancies and managing the ATS
- Coordination of interviews - communicating with candidates and assisting with onboarding activities
- Providing admin support to the recruitment manager
- Prepare and publish engaging adverts, deal with advert response, answering queries etc
- Liaising with hiring managers
- Where appropriate, participating in interviews and assessment centres
- Complete pre-employment checks
The Skills & Qualities Needed:
- Experience in recruitment administration
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Experience using internal systems, ideally an ATS system
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- You must be confident over the phone
- Must be available quickly and reliable to complete the 2 months needed
