Our small, friendly Rugby-based client is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team.
Main tasks:
- Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Monthly bank reconciliations and balancing to trial balance
- Compile monthly sales figures
- Make foreign payments
- Balance petty cash
- Take phone calls from suppliers
- Handle invoices and purchase orders
- Resolve stock queries
- Complete costing forms on Excel
- Respond to emails
- Perform general admin tasks
Person Specification:
- Must have previous Sage experience
- At least 2 years of accounts experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexible approach
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Organised and methodical
- A good sense of humour is essential
