We are recruiting for awesome people to work in our catering team, producing and serving food for our students and staff. Ideally you will be from a catering background, but this is not essential as we will provide full training to those that really shine. Are you looking to top up your hours? Work only daytime shifts, leaving your weekends and evenings free, giving you the opportunity for a great work‑life balance. Not to mention school holidays off with your family. Duties to include:

  • To help in accepting, storing and checking stock.
  • To use tills and handle cash accurately and reliably.
  • Help to ensure meals are cooked and served in a timely manner following safe food hygiene standards.
  • Provide well balanced meals, at designated times and providing adequate choice.
  • Assist with the cooking, serving of meals and cleaning of kitchen area, as appropriate, in order to provide an effective service.
  • Attend training courses as required.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be passionate about helping to produce fresh food to a high standard.
  • Be a good communicator.

  • Comply with health and safety and hygiene standards.

In addition to providing the highest quality of teaching and learning, a priority of the school is the safety and welfare of its students. Therefore, all staff undergo enhanced DBS checking and referencing.
