Overview
The Canterbury Academy is appointing an outstanding Teacher of English on a 1 year fixed term basis. You will teach across all key stages including sixth form. There is potential for an additional responsibility payment accompanying this role.
You will be supported by the friendly and passionate English department and receive excellent CPD and training to develop your subject knowledge. The role benefits from on-site facilities including a gym and coffee shop, and a two week October half term.

Based in the heart of the historic City of Canterbury, The Canterbury Academy Trust came into existence in October 2010 when Ofsted-rated “outstanding” schools were allowed to convert to academy status, gaining greater freedoms to shape their futures.
