We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join a growing team. This varied role is perfect for someone who thrives on diversity in their day-to-day work, with responsibilities spanning CRM management, social media, website content, outreach activities and operational support. You’ll play a key role in strengthening the brand presence while helping to ensure the smooth running of the business behind the scenes, whilst also gaining exposure to some huge brands and agencies in the industry to assist the growth of their marketing teams! What we’re looking for…

  • 1–3 years experience in marketing role OR Internship, apprenticeship or degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • An eye for design and a passion for content creation.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas and embrace new technologies.
  • Interest in AI tools and how they can support marketing and operational efficiency.
  • Remote/hybrid working - 1 office day per week in Wilmslow.
  • 4.5-day working week.
  • Competitive salary of £26,000 – £32,000, depending on experience.
  • Performance-related bonus and commission structure (OTE £35k - £40k Per year).
