Salary - Up to £100k DOE + bonus + equity. This is a fast growing, expert founded consumer retail brand built on genuine credibility and deep consumer trust. They are ambitious, commercially minded and genuinely passionate about the people they serve. This is a board level position for a senior marketeer who is ready to own the next chapter of growth for the business. The successful candidate will be the guardian of the brand, the voice of the consumer within the business, and the person who connects long term brand building with real commercial outcomes.

Working closely with the CEO and leading a lean, high performing team across brand, digital and specialist partners, this is a role for someone who has scaled a consumer brand at pace, understands the DTC and omnichannel landscape inside out, and is energised by the challenge of taking something already working and making it significantly bigger.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Leading the omnichannel marketing strategy across DTC, major retail partners and leading marketplaces, owning performance across the full funnel and ensuring brand and commercial goals work together seamlessly.
  • Shaping and evolving the DTC channel as a strategic growth engine, with full accountability for the key metrics that matter including customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, average order value and lifetime value.
  • Driving a bold and commercially focused NPD pipeline, identifying new product opportunities.
  • Identifying and executing strategic partnerships, collaborations and market expansion opportunities that extend brand reach and bring in new audiences.
  • Leading and developing a talented team, setting the standard for pace, quality and accountability while operating at board level alongside the CEO and wider leadership.

What we’re looking for…

  • A proven senior marketer, likely with 5 or more years at director or CMO level, with a track record of growing and scaling a consumer brand at pace, ideally within a challenger, startup or SME environment.
  • Strong track record of growing a consumer brand and a clear ability to build and strengthen brand presence in the market.
  • Strong omnichannel credentials with hands on experience across DTC, retail and digital marketing, someone who truly understands how the channels work together and knows how to get the best from each one.
  • A visionary approach to NPD with the ability to build and execute an innovative product pipeline from concept through to commercial launch and sustained growth.
  • Commercially sharp and strategically minded, comfortable owning a budget and a P&L conversation, and equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get into the detail of execution.
  • Experience working for a brand directly rather than purely within a retail environment, with a genuine understanding of what it takes to build consumer love, trust and long term loyalty.
