Our client is a premium retail brand, specialising in high quality products and pride themselves on having the best quality products. They are well known for their luxury collaborations with influencers. The client consistently emphasises quality and aesthetics in their brand, maintaining a strong presence both online and in retail. The Trade Marketing Manager will be a key part of the B2B Trade & Events within the company as well as supporting the sales team and co-ordinating with various internal teams with in. The role will predominantly be working on the project management for the trades and initiatives that are required to support the retention and growth of B2B clients. Responsibilities Leads the coordination, budgeting, and approval process for all trade marketing materials for UK and international wholesalers, and distributors. Oversees the trade marketing calendar and related budget, collaborating closely with the distribution manager. Works with the international sales and product development teams to develop an event calendar for key regions. Collaborates with the distribution manager to execute training, pop-up events, and conferences across various international markets on a quarterly basis. Partners with marketing teams to ensure trade promotional requirements are clearly briefed, communicated in a timely manner, adhere to budget constraints, and meet established objectives. Supports the trade sales executive team by managing the trade marketing calendar and delivering initiatives such as events, education and training programs, seminars, and in-store social media campaigns. Works closely with the marketing team to ensure in-store content is captured, spotlighted, and shared across various channels, including social media, websites, and CRM platforms. Requirements 2-3 years experience in marketing role – Preferably B2B experience. Proficient in Excel An enthusiasm for beauty brands. Ability to work with internal teams and external clients.
