This is a hands-on role for a creative, driven marketer ready to lead digital and field marketing. You’ll be the sole marketing lead, supported by a fractional CMO, with full ownership of campaigns, content, and community engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing….
- Create engaging content across social, blogs, newsletters, and video
- Manage and grow social media channels
- Attend events and represent the brand in the sports community
- Build relationships with clubs, athletes, and stakeholders
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns
- Develop partnerships with leagues and influencers.
- Track performance and optimise marketing activity
What We’re Looking For….
- A degree in marketing or a similar field
- Solid experience in digital marketing or social media
- Passion for grassroots or community sport
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Proactive, independent, and collaborative
- Comfortable using data to guide decisions#
