We're looking for a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join a thriving marketing agency. You’ll head up the paid media division with cross over into the client services team, working closely to identify areas of growth.
The agency work on a flexible / hybrid basis in a unique office space, where you’ll be located 2 days a week. The agency are experts within their field, focusing on a specialist client portfolio which you’ll have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills on.
In this role you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple media channels, including paid search and social, display and video. You’ll mentor and guide team members to ensure optimal performance and build strong relationships with client, whilst staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tech.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- 4+ years of Paid media, Search, Social, Video and Display
- Expertise marketing analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for performance marketing & a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
