This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of our digital advertising efforts, shaping our strategy and directly impacting our growth. \\n\\n 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape. \\n~ Expert-level proficiency in paid search platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Advertising (Bing), as well as Google Shopping.
Proven mastery of paid social channels, specifically Facebook and Instagram Ads. You're adept at audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign scaling. \\n~ Demonstrable success in the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, from creation and implementation to comprehensive reporting and in-depth data analysis.
A highly analytical mind, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and continuous improvements. \\n~ Developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve key business objectives. \\n Conducting in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
\\n Crafting compelling ad copy and collaborating with our creative team to develop engaging visuals. \\n Implementing robust tracking and reporting mechanisms, providing regular performance updates and strategic recommendations. \\n Staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates, continually identifying new strategies and technologies to enhance our performance.
