Job Description

Were currently hiring for a Head of Performance Marketing to join a well-established, high-volume consumer brand operating at national scale. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, and responsible for overseeing all digital acquisition and retention activity across Paid Media, SEO and CRM. \\n Youll manage a team of 9 specialists and take full ownership of strategy, budget, performance, and cross-functional collaboration across these core areas.

The marketing team is deeply embedded in commercial strategy and performance, with a strong focus on innovation, data, and customer experience. \\n\\n Define and deliver end-to-end strategies across paid media, organic search, and CRM, aligned with business-wide growth and retention goals \\n Own and optimise the digital channel mix: search (PPC), paid social, display, affiliates, SEO \\n Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 9, covering both performance and CRM functions \\n Oversee CRM operations including segmentation, lifecycle marketing, personalisation, and automation \\n Ensure cross-channel planning aligns with business peaks and commercial cycles \\n Champion the use of data and analytics to inform decision-making, test & learn cycles, and reporting \\n Lead platform improvements and CRM/martech optimisation projects \\n Work cross-functionally with analytics, finance, CX and senior leadership to align marketing and commercial activity \\n 3+ years in a senior-level performance marketing role, ideally in a consumer-focused environment \\n~ Strong hands-on and strategic experience across PPC, paid social, display, SEO, and CRM \\n~ Track record of managing teams and agencies to high performance \\n~ Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and experience using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or similar \\n~ Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and CRM platform management \\n~ Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills \\n~ Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with marketing performance data \\n~ You can also read our on industry news and advice!
