What You Will Be Doing
- Developing new direct advertising clients through outreach, virtual & in person networking
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients to support repeat business
- Identifying client needs and creating tailored advertising solutions across broadcast, digital and promotional channels
- Preparing and delivering engaging proposals and sales presentations
- Working towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborating with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Keeping accurate records of activity within internal systems
- Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years’ experience in media sales, radio advertising or B2B direct sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in building rapport with a wide range of clients
