Site and office based with projects across the UK. We are proud to be working on behalf of a long-established, highly respected air conditioning and mechanical services firm in their search for a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dedicated team known for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across the UK.

The Role: The successful candidate will take full ownership of multiple projects—from costing and procurement through to completion and client handover. The company’s work is fast-paced and varied, with a strong emphasis on office fitouts.

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects valued between £20k and £1.5m
  • Attending and leading site meetings to ensure smooth progress and completion
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate resources
  • Undertaking project costings and design input (AutoCAD experience essential)
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met and risk assessments completed
  • Handling basic documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Working closely with a small, practical team of 5 who value hands-on collaboration

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in mechanical or HVAC project management (fit-out sector ideal)
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, on-the-ground team
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, with the ability to contribute to design elements
  • Competent in creating and maintaining basic project documentation using Excel/Word
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety protocols and risk management
  • A practical, can-do attitude and experience working directly on-site
